https://afroware.com/gartner-names-winners-of-2021-voice-of-the-customer-for-content-services-platforms/ Analyst house Gartner, Inc. recently announced the winners of its new 2021 Peer Insights Voice of the Customer: Content Services Platforms. The report marks the latest addition to the researcher’s expansive list of buyer-centric resources, which already includes its popular Magic Quadrant and Critical Capabilities. Gartner Peer Insights provides first-hand reviews of software and services contributed by enterprise users. The new report is an extension of Gartner’s Customer Choice Awards released in previous years. Peer Insights Voice of the Customer does not include an expansive vendor listing or proprietary graphic to help organizations select the best tools. Rather, it provides reviews that go through a strict validation process to ensure they are authentic. Gartner Peer Insights are meant to be a complement to its expert-led research reports. At Solutions Review, we read the report, available here, and pulled out the key takeaways. Microsoft and Laserfiche Record the Highest Overall Scores Both receiving overall ratings of 4.6, these two content services platform (CSP) providers boast the top scores in this report. Additionally, Microsoft earned the distinction of receiving the highest number of reviews at a total of 645. Microsoft’s closest competition in this area was Box, which received 134 reviews. This shows that Microsoft was the most popular tool with Gartner users this year, by far, receiving more reviews than the 13 other providers combined. Laserfiche, while earning the same score as Microsoft, came in fifth place with regard to number of reviews, with 59. Newgen Users are the Most Willing to Recommend 94 percent of Newgen reference users (36 reviews) showed a willingness to recommend the product. The average percentage for this rating across all vendors is just over 86 percent, which shows how strongly users respond to Newgen’s CSP. Newgen’s reviews came from all around the globe. The majority of the vendor’s reviews came from the Asia/Pacific region (53 percent), while 25 percent came from Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Users from North America represented 17 percent of Newgen’s reviews, with Latin American users accounting for the remaining 6 percent. Microsoft Qualified for all Category Distinctions Gartner Peer Insights recognizes the most highly rated providers in a specific industry category through the Customers’ Choice Category Distinction. Microsoft qualified for Category Distinction in all eight of the categories listed. The vendor received distinctions in Global Enterprises, Large Enterprises, Midsize Enterprises, Manufacturing, Industry Services, Asia/Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and North America.
